How we ship

VRYK works with verified global suppliers who handle packing, dispatch, and delivery. If there is a problem with your order, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

These estimates include processing time and reflect typical delivery windows from our carrier network.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays in both the origin and destination country. During peak periods (November–January), please allow 3–5 additional business days.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. A tracking link is emailed within 24–72 hours of dispatch. You may also enter your tracking number at 17track.net or visit our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order to every available destination. No minimum spend required.

Customs, duties & import taxes

Import duties and taxes are determined by each country’s customs authority and depend on your order value, product type, and local regulations. We cannot predict whether fees will apply to a specific order, and we are not responsible for customs delays or third-party import charges.

European Union: VAT applies to orders shipped to EU destinations under applicable regulations. The amount may be shown at checkout or assessed on arrival, depending on order value and product category.

Australia and New Zealand: GST applies under local law and may be shown at checkout or assessed on arrival, depending on order value.

United Kingdom: Orders at or below £135 typically have VAT included at checkout. Orders above £135 may be subject to import VAT assessed on arrival.

United States and Canada: Import duties, if applicable, are assessed by customs on arrival and are the buyer’s responsibility. Many consumer orders fall below duty-free thresholds.

Lost or delayed shipments

If tracking shows no movement for 10 or more business days after dispatch, email us at support@vryk.shop with your order number. We will investigate with our logistics partner and work with you to resolve it.
